We’ve recently finished a major roofing and building project on this property, completely transforming the roofline and interior with high-quality materials and modern roofing systems throughout.
New lightweight composite slate roof installed to the main roof
Dry ridge, dry verge & dry valley systems fitted for a maintenance-free finish
New Firestone EPDM rubber roof installed to the dormer
Un-used chimneys removed
Full insulation installed throughout the project
New staircase installed leading to the new loft room
Upstairs bedroom layout altered to suit the new staircase and loft conversion
New stud walling installed throughout
Plastering works organised and completed for a clean finish
All new soffits, fascias & guttering fitted throughout
Full joinery works completed by our team
All works completed to current building regulations
