An extension roof completed in Chilwell!
This one came with a hidden issue — the wrong style tiles had originally been installed on a low pitch roof. It held up for a while, but as often happens, water eventually found its way in.
We carried out a full strip and re-roof to put things right:
• New battens and breathable felt
• Correct tiles installed to suit the roof pitch
• New Velux windows with proper flashing kits
• Dry verge system fitted for a clean, maintenance-free finish
The result — a fully watertight roof done the right way.
